  • Dr. Yu-Yu Chang is an Associate Professor at the Institute of International Management and the Cross College Elite Program, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. He also serves as the Director of the Innovative Teaching Center at NCKU College of Management and the Executive Secretary of the Chinese Professional Management Association of Tainan. He earns his doctoral degree at the Graduate Institute of Technology Management, National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan. Dr. Chang was a visiting scholar at RMIT Blockchain Innovation Hub (2020) and School of Economics, Finance and Marketing (2018) of RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia. His current research focuses on entrepreneurship, user innovation and innovation commons. He has published papers in Journal of Business Research, Human Resource Management Review, European Management Journal, Journal of Cultural Economics, Studies in Higher Education, etc. Dr. Chang is the Associate Editor of the Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences (SSCI) and the Editor of the Journal of Business Economics and Management (SSCI). He is an Editorial Board Member of the British Journal of Management (SSCI).
