Dr. Yu-Yu Chang is an Associate Professor at the Institute of International Management and the Cross College Elite Program, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. He earns his doctoral degree at the Graduate Institute of Technology Management, National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan. Dr. Chang was a visiting scholar at RMIT Blockchain Innovation Hub (2020) and School of Economics, Finance and Marketing (2018) of RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia. His current research focuses on entrepreneurship, user innovation and innovation commons. He has published papers in Journal of Business Research, Human Resource Management Review, European Management Journal, Journal of Cultural Economics, Studies in Higher Education, etc.
Jengchung Victor Chen Ph.D. has been in the higher education for more than 23 years in Taiwan and USA.. Professor Chen has published more than 90 papers in international peer-reviewed journals including Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Information & Management, Decision Support Systems, International Journal of Electronic Commerce, European Journal of Information Systems, ....etc. His research interests includes Electronic Commerce and Social Commerce, Information Ethics/security, Project Management, and IS Service Quality. Professor Chen has been the President of ACME (北美華人管理教授學會) and President of ICISA (國際華人資訊系統學會) and 2017 Conference Chair of the Taiwan Summer Workshop on Information Management. Dr. Ann Shawing Yang is a Professor of Finance at the Institute of International Management, National Cheng Kung University. She obtained her Ph.D. in Economics Sciences and Master of Business Administration degree from SCIENCE PO – INSTITUTE D’ETUDES POLITIQUES DE PARIS. She also obtained her Bachelor of Finance from Pennsylvania State University. She received the Ministry of Education Senior Teaching Excellence Award (20 years), National Cheng Kung University Teaching Excellence Award(s), and National Cheng Kung University College of Management Research Award(s). Her research interests include behavioral finance, investments, and financial markets; plus corporate social responsibilities.
Dr. Tien Wang received her Ph.D. in Business Administration at the University of Texas at Arlington with a major in marketing and minor in business statistics. Her research interests include digital marketing, consumer behavior, social commerce, brand communications, and influencer marketing. Her research works have been published in International Journal of Information Management, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Telematics & Informatics, Computers in Human Behavior, and International Journal of Human-Computer Interaction, among others.
Dr. Wei-Shiun Chang received his doctoral degree in Economics from Florida State University. He is an Associate Professor of Supply Chain Management at National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan, and the director of the Institute of International Management, NCKU. He had served as the director of International Affairs Center at the College of Management, NCKU and also the director of NCKU Startup Accelerator earlier. His research focuses largely on issues related to procurement auctions, supply chain management, and behavioral operations management. He has published in several peer-review international journals including Management Science, Economic Inquiry, and Journal of Behavioral and Experimental Economics and Electronic Commerce Research Research.
Hui-Ching Sana Hsieh is an Associate Professor in the Institute of International Management (IMBA) at National Cheng Kung University, where she joined the faculty in 2013. Sana received her BS degree from National Taiwan University in Taiwan, and M.Phil and PhD from the University of Cambridge in UK. Sana’s current research interests rely on corporate finance and entrepreneurial finance with a focus on crowdfunding. Sana is a member of Chinese Association of Business and Intangible Assets Valuation, and has also served in many university committees. She is also a receipt of Teaching Excellence Award at National Cheng Kung University in both 2018 and 2020.
Dr.Wen-Shan Lin is an associate professor at the Institute of International Management, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan R.O.C. She obtained her Ph.D. from the Computation Department at UMIST (UMIST was merged as The University of Manchester). Her major is in business administration and management information systems. Research interests include topics of electronic commerce, human-computer interaction and organization developments. She has published several journal articles and actively joins international research activities. These journals include Telematics & Informatics, International Journal of Human-Computer Studies, Computers & Education, Computers in Human Behavior, Library Hi Tech, Journal of Educational Computing Research, and many others. She is a member of the Association for Information Systems.
Dr. Grace Li-Hsiang Yi is an assistant professor at the Institute of International Management at National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan. Dr. Yi received her doctoral degree from the Institute of Technology Management at National Tsing Hua University in 2024 and was awarded Honorary Membership in the Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor Society. Dr. Yi was a visiting scholar at Waseda University in Japan (School of Commerce, 2023) and conducted a remote research visit to the University of Cambridge in the UK (Institute for Manufacturing, 2020) through a grant from the National Science and Technology Council. Dr. Yi's research interests consist of social innovation and social entrepreneurship, sustainable business transformation, human resource management, and creativity and Innovation. Her research papers have been published in business management journals such as the International Journal of Human Resource Management, Resources, Conservation and Recycling, and Sun Yat-Sen Management Review. Dr. Yi has also served as a reviewer for the Academy of Management Annual Meeting. She has also published her teaching case in the Harvard Management Review (traditional Chinese edition).
