Dr. Li-Hsiang Yi is a full-time Assistant Professor at the Institute of International Management, National Cheng Kung University. She received her Ph.D. in Technology Management from National Tsing Hua University in 2024 and was honored as a member of Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor Society. During her doctoral studies, Dr. Yi served as a visiting scholar at the School of Commerce, Waseda University (2023), and conducted a remote research collaboration with the Institute for Manufacturing at the University of Cambridge (2020), supported by Taiwan's NSTC program. Dr. Yi’s research interests include social innovation and entrepreneurship, sustainable business transformation, human resource management, and creativity in entrepreneurship. Her work has been published in journals such as The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Resources, Conservation and Recycling, and Sun Yat-Sen Management Review. She has also served as a reviewer for the Academy of Management Annual Meeting and published teaching cases in the Harvard Business Review Global Traditional Chinese Edition.
