  • Dr. Grace Li-Hsiang Yi is an assistant professor at the Institute of International Management at National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan. Dr. Yi received her doctoral degree from the Institute of Technology Management at National Tsing Hua University in 2024 and was awarded Honorary Membership in the Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor Society. Dr. Yi was a visiting scholar at Waseda University in Japan (School of Commerce, 2023) and conducted a remote research visit to the University of Cambridge in the UK (Institute for Manufacturing, 2020) through a grant from the National Science and Technology Council. Dr. Yi's research interests consist of social innovation and social entrepreneurship, sustainable business transformation, human resource management, and creativity and Innovation. Her research papers have been published in business management journals such as the International Journal of Human Resource Management, Resources, Conservation and Recycling, and Sun Yat-Sen Management Review. Dr. Yi has also served as a reviewer for the Academy of Management Annual Meeting. She has also published her teaching case in the Harvard Management Review (traditional Chinese edition).
