Congratulations to our outstanding IMBA student, Aticha Klinjan (Poupae), for winning the 2024 TSC Award's Outstanding Master's Thesis!
Standing out among 1,023 submissions and ranking in the top 1%! Her thesis, "Seeking the Beacon of Hope? The Alignment of CEO Charisma and Firm Social Initiatives in Driving Organizational Attractiveness and Cognitive-Creative Performance," delves into how CEO charisma and corporate social initiatives influence organizational appeal and prospective employees' creative performance.
Even more impressive, Poupae personally received the award from President William Lai at the Presidential Office—a tremendous recognition of her hard work and talent!
