Jengchung Victor Chen Ph.D. has been in the higher education for more than 23 years in Taiwan and USA.. Professor Chen has published more than 90 papers in international peer-reviewed journals including Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Information & Management, Decision Support Systems, International Journal of Electronic Commerce, European Journal of Information Systems, ....etc. His research interests includes Electronic Commerce and Social Commerce, Information Ethics/security, Project Management, and IS Service Quality. Professor Chen has been the President of ACME (北美華人管理教授學會) and President of ICISA (國際華人資訊系統學會) and 2017 Conference Chair of the Taiwan Summer Workshop on Information Management.
