林彣珊老師於英國曼徹斯特大學完成資訊科學博士 學位，目前任教於臺灣國立成功大學擔任國際經營管理研究所副教授一職。曾任嘉義市政府智慧科技處和企劃處處長，主管公部門研究考核與資訊治理等職務。研究領域為企業管理和資訊管理。主題包含科技管理、電子商務、創新創業與組織行為研究等。研究 論 文 刊 登 於 包 含 Telematics & Informatics, International Journal of Human-Computer Studies, Computers & Education, Computers in Human Behavior, Library Hi Tech, Journal of Educational Computing Research, and many others.等國際期刊。她也是美國資訊系統協會會員
